Join Kanan Kapila for a 45 minute virtual class in the comfort of your own space. We will be using the Denneroll, a thoracic orthotic device developed by chiropractors, to aid the body with improved flexability and better function of the thoracic spine.  Its unique design provides a gentle but effective stretch that can assist in relief of pain, muscle tension, and improved postural appearance. Your thoracic spine is located in the center of your upper and middle back. It begins at the base of your neck (cervical spine) and ends around the bottom of your rib cage, just above your lower back (lumbar spine). Yoga means to connect the body, mind, and breath. The class will focus on proper breath technique while using the Denneroll to enhance patient comfort and improved health in the whole body as the overall goal.  

This class is designed for all levels, especially beginners. No experience needed - just a mat, pillow, chair and your Denneroll!
